Rep creates the department
The rep signs up, creates a space for their department (e.g. “Computer Science Student Association”) and adds the dues students need to pay.

Share the join code
Every space gets its own join code, like CSSA-7F2K. The rep drops it in the class WhatsApp group, and students sign up and enter the code to join.

Pick dues, pay once
Students see all their department’s dues in one place, select as many as they want, and clear them in a single bank transfer. A receipt lands for every payment.

Duevy charges 2% + ₦20 on every dues payment, capped at ₦2,020. No signup cost and no monthly subscription. You only ever pay when a payment actually goes through, so it scales with what you collect instead of billing you for sitting still.
